Day Tours

Cancellation made within 48 hours will forfeit full price of the Day Tour. If deposit is required, and cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the Day Tour 1/2 of deposit is lost. If cancellation is two weeks or less, no refund is given on deposit. For groups of 10 full non-refundable payment is due 7 days in advance.

Multi-Day Tours

Cancellations prior to 60 days of the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $50 handling fee per person. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before the tour will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don’t ask us to make exceptions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

GrassRoots Events/360° Moab Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If GrassRoots Events/360° Moab Adventures is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. GrassRoots Events/360° Moab Adventures is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
